Gersthofen industrial park is a fully developed industrial site with a tradition and future located in the heart of Bavaria. The former chemical plant of the Hoechst group has evolved over 100 years into an ultra-modern research, production and service site. Currently, ten companies with approx. 1500 staff have settled at the industrial park. The 35-hectare site offers five hectares of developed space which can be very easily and quickly transformed into a new development.
