Situated in the heart of Bavaria, only a half-hour's drive from Munich by motorway, we at IGS, as operator of Gersthofen industrial park are responsible for providing a seamless supply to ten companies and their staff of approximately 1500. As an experienced provider of infrastructure and comprehensive services, we offer a wide range of supply and waste management services to companies located at the industrial park, as well as external companies, from a single source. Spread over approximately 35 hectares, Gersthofen industrial park is a fully developed industrial area – complete with a unique infrastructure, high-capacity raw materials and energy compound systems, qualified staff and a diversified offer of services. To a large extent, the land and property including the existing commercial buildings is owned by IGS. Around three hectares of undeveloped area are currently available on which a new development project can be realised very quickly.
