From chemical plant to industrial park.
This history of Gersthofen as one of the outstanding locations of the chemical industry in Bavaria can be characterised as a success story with obstacles.
In few other locations are the changes in industrial production, operations and management reflected over more than one hundred years than in the development
of a former factory for a paint plant in Höchst, Germany on the Main river to the high-capacity and future-orientated industrial park.
